Tim was born and raised in Sandy, Utah and graduated from Alta High School. He studied Accounting at Utah Valley University. Tim has worked for Terramerica Corporation since 2005. Tim knows our commercial properties inside and out. When he started at Terramerica he diligently performed the maintenance on the buildings and in doing so gained valuable skills and perspective that helps him in his role as Property Manager. Tim has been the Property Manager since 2018 and is also a licensed Real Estate Agent. In Tim’s role as the Property Manager, he oversees all of the property maintenance and management as well as performs an integral role in the leasing activities of the company. He is married to his wife Amanda and they have three children, Grayden (12), Max (9), and Ivy (5).
