Kraig Berrett graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah in Accounting and in Languages in 1987. He became a CPA while employed by Price Waterhouse in Salt Lake City, and later graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Utah State University. His expertise in real estate and property management combines thirty-five years of service for contractors and developers in public accounting and private industry, including his service and leadership with Terramerica Corporation and the Horman Family Entities.

Kraig’s experience and interest in property development began with his employment at Wexpro Company in Salt Lake City, (Oil and Gas), while attending the University of Utah. He consulted for numerous developers / contractors as a Certified Public Accountant until he joined Holmes and Associates, (Home Builders) as a Controller / CFO. He became Financial Vice President of Terramerica Corporation in 1996. He is still associated with the Country Living Homeowners Association, where he served on the board for eight years, two years as President. By invitation, he has taught fundamental financial principals to several community groups as a volunteer for the UACPA.
